Document Upload

Current students may use the upload tool below to submit completed financial aid documents securely to our office.

First-year and transfer applicants should only use this tool for documents that cannot be submitted via IDOC. Please refer to your application procedures for more information.

Instructions:

  • Upload each document separately!

    • If you include multiple documents in the same file, some documents may not be marked complete on your CAESAR To Do list when received.
  • Write the student's full name and ID number on each document. 

    • First-year and transfer applicants should write their full name and date of birth (DOB) on each document.
  • Name each document with the student's identifying information, e.g.:

    FirstnameLastname_ID3001234_Parent2019W2.pdf

    • First-year and transfer applicants: 
      FirstnameLastname_DOB-MM-DD-YYYY_Parent2019W2.pdf
  • Do not use any of the following symbols in your file name:

    :   <   >   "   /   \   |   ?   *

Documents must be high-resolution and fully legible. Most document types are acceptable to upload, but .zip files and password-protected documents must be submitted via email.

Once uploaded, you will see a message that says "Success! Your file has been uploaded."

You will not receive an email confirmation/receipt, but our office has received your document. Please allow at least 2-3 business days for your CAESAR checklist to be updated.
