Assist with data entry and other customer service-related projects. Monitor assigned areas and assist patrons with questions regarding programs and services at the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion.

Desirable Qualifications: Given the customer service nature of the job, candidates should possess outgoing, reliable, hard-working, assertive, motivated, helpful, friendly, and patient attitudes. Strong communication and time management skills. The ability to work quickly and calmly in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
