Document Upload for International Students

International applicants and current students to Northwestern University can use this upload tool to securely send their documents to the Office of Financial Aid.

Our office requires income tax information for all students applying for financial aid. Please ensure you submit:

  • Your parents' national tax forms from the most recent tax year, OR, if your country does not have an annual tax form, an official statement/letter of earnings from each parent's employer verifying income with official signatures and/or seals.
  • Official translation of the tax form into English with conversion into U.S. dollars. Please ensure the conversion rate used is indicated on the translation/conversion document.

Instructions

Please follow the instructions on the submission form to upload your documents.

Documents must be high-resolution and fully legible. Most document types are acceptable to upload. Please do not password protect your documents.

Once uploaded, you will see a message that says "Thank you for submitting your form." Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your checklist to be updated.
