| Student Health Insurance |
All degree-seeking Northwestern students must have comprehensive health insurance, and all degree-seeking students are defaulted each year into the Northwestern University Student Health Insurance Plan (NU-SHIP). Students who have alternate insurance coverage must waive their NU-SHIP enrollment online in CAESAR during their applicable open enrollment period. If you notice health insurance on your Fall bill and you already have health insurance coverage, navigate to the Student Health Insurance site for more information about how to request a waiver for requirement. Only the Office of Student Health Insurance can waive this from the student account, so please contact their office with any questions or concerns. |
