JOB DESCRIPTION:

Available Fall 2019

This position will assist the McCormick Customer Service Center – Research Appointments and Visas division. Located in the Technological Institute, 2145 Sheridan Road, the work study will assist with administrative duties that will enhance McCormick’s international scholars’ onboarding experience and accompanying visa processes. Duties include but are not limited to running department errands, compiling department summaries and scholar onboarding packets, administrative tasks, and assisting office staff with various projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be an NU undergraduate student with a Federal Work-Study allotment for the 2019-20 academic year.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking. Must be comfortable working efficiently and independently in a busy office. Familiarity with the Technological Institute is preferred but not required.

PAY RATE: $12.00/hr
