JOB DESCRIPTION:

Available Winter 2020

Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative, provides a variety of customer service functions involving service requests received via phone, e-mail or in-person at NU. Coordinates with the requesting customer as needed. Completes and coordinates a variety of department’s office tasks. Receives, coordinates and dispatches service requests to maintenance staff via phone, e-mail and radio; Coordinates with staff and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be an NU undergraduate student with a Federal Work-Study allotment for the 2019-20 academic year.

  • Successful experience in a customer service role
  • Must be able to read, write and freely converse in the English language
  • Good working knowledge and use of communication software
  • Must be able to coordinate a variety of tasks simultaneously in a firm but friendly productive manner in a diverse work environment

PAY RATE: $13.50/hr
