JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am looking for an undergraduate to help in conducting research for project on education policy in Chicago. The project will involve internet research, data collection, some data entry and cleaning, and possibly some data analysis. Additional duties may include making phone calls and sending emails to help gather information about data and policies. The assistant with work with the professor under the guidance of a graduate research assistant. The work should be very rewarding for a student who is interested in academic research and will likely be a learning expereince.
QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES:
Attention to detail. Experience with Excel. Ability to collect and compile data from the internet. Responsive to emails.
Must be a Northwestern undergraduate student with a Federal Work-Study allotment for the 2022-2023 academic year (CAESAR > Financial Aid > View My Financial Aid > [2023].)
All Federal Work-Study positions are subject to an annual evaluation conducted by the supervisor to be kept on file in the Federal Work-Study Office.
