JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are part of our frontline operations team and help to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our users. This position rotates between front desk check-in, monitoring the various fitness areas, cleaning exercise equipment, managing the Pro Shop, and enforcing building regulations for the safety of all users. While in this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, time management, and multitasking while working with a diverse team of individuals.
QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES:
Must be a Northwestern undergraduate student with a Federal Work-Study allotment for the 2022-2023 academic year (CAESAR > Financial Aid > View My Financial Aid > [YEAR].)
- Attend required staff meetings and trainings
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to interact with diverse groups through a variety of situations
- Ability to use independent judgment when needed
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
All Federal Work-Study positions are subject to an annual evaluation conducted by the supervisor to be kept on file in the Federal Work-Study Office.
