AVERAGE HOURS PER WEEK: 6-10 (morning and afternoon shifts available)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Northwestern Performance Nutrition serves over 500 student-athletes. Provision of fuel is achieved through the management and operation of multiple fueling hubs throughout campus, and through collaboration with Levy and Nona Jo's. Student Athletes rely on accessibility, timing, and appropriateness of fuel to optimize their performance. Our team enhances resource utilization to provide a safe and timely supply of fuel for our student athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the Fuel Bar in both Walter and Trienens training facilities
- Follow ServSafe food handling guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the different fueling hubs
- Manage inventory and product procurement
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES:
Must be a Northwestern undergraduate student with a Federal Work-Study allotment for the 2022-2023 academic year (CAESAR > Financial Aid > View My Financial Aid > [YEAR].)
Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, communication, and customer service skills required. Passionate about nutrition and wellness.
