Art History: Events Manager Aide & Graphic Designer

DEPARTMENT: Art History

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Available Winter 2020

Assist Program Assistant with events including acting as a department representative to vendors and the public, set-up and take-down, taking photographs and/or recording lectures. Will also be asked to design posters for department events. May also assist office staff with administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be an NU undergraduate student with a Federal Work-Study allotment for the 2019-20 academic year.

Must have flexible evening hours for assisting with events, friendly attitude, reliability, strong writing/proofreading skills, preference for working in self-directed manner. Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite. Preference given to applicants with some design experience, and/or interest in art or art history. Send CV if interested.
