Disseminate and retrieve field production equipment to students enrolled in production courses. Assist students with troubleshooting techniques during equipment checkout process. Maintain and update master database of enrolled student deposits for equipment and key rentals. Inspect returned equipment before returning it to active inventory. Assist equipment manager with minor equipment repair diagnostics. Train students in high-end film and digital video camera operation. Maintain database of equipment inventory. Provide computer assistance and disk management of computer based video editing equipment. Notify maintenance staff of any hardware and software problems.
Desirable Qualifications: Must be familiar with both Macintosh and PC platforms. Should be familiar with video editing software, film and digital video equipment operation. Must have good interaction with faculty and students.

Same as Audio Visual Aide 3, but additional duties will require room and staff scheduling and supervision of Audio Visual Aide 3 staff.
Desirable Qualifications: Same as Audio Visual Aide 3, but must also have good supervisory qualities and advanced skill of digital video production equipment.
